This is a revisit from one of my first photographs. It was originally taken on Kris's Kodak Advantix. The little film camera that sparked my interest in photography. The original film was lost years ago, and the small websize image is all that remains. This was always one of my favorite subjects to capture, so when I bought my new(er) digital SLR, I finally had the incentive to come back and take a second attempt at this location. The weather differed from wintery overcast, to summer sunshine which changed the outcome significantly. I personally love the detail from the digital, but the old film shot definitely has more "character" as Kris puts it. Perhaps someday I'll be able to take it on a wintery overcast day and really compare the formats, but I've been told this location was demolished. I'll have to verify for myself.
