This is a coal power plant (?) on a small islet converted to a peninsula. The photo was taken from the Richard I. Bong Memorial Bridge about 70 to 100 feet off the ground. Other shots of this site include: a panoramic, and a black and white from shore. Someday I'd like to actually walk around on site taking photos os this great building, alas with 9/11 it's now a lot harder to get access to great locations like this.
